Jason’s passion for leadership began while working with best-selling business author, Ken Blanchard, as a literary assistant and media director of a small internal media team that served Blanchard’s clients. After graduating with a Masters of Arts and Science degree from California State University and a Professional Degree in Screenwriting from the University of California, Los Angeles, he became the Director of New Media for The Ken Blanchard Companies, where he began to blend leadership concepts learned in traditional workshops, into a sustained an ongoing active learn-by-doing experience. He is a Certified Consulting Associate for The Ken Blanchard Companies and Consulting Partner for Inspire Leadership Genius. He is a co-author of Situational Self Leadership in Action, and asynchronous self-paced leadership model. He is CoFounder of HighWay Media in the Silicon Valley, and CoFounder of DiamondHawk Leadership in Boston, MA. (9)
